John is a mentor, father and successful businessman who is committed to social change. Recently appointed Group Executive Chef to Criniti’s Italian restaurant chain, John’s background in the hospitality industry and as a respected international Chef has allowed him to take on young staff and give them the training they need to succeed, whilst mentoring them through their journey, giving them the opportunity to empower themselves.
